2. Description of Services

The Imperial Bargains provides an online marketplace and consignment platform for the buying and selling of collectibles, antiques, estate items, jewelry, coins, sports memorabilia, vintage clothing, and related goods. We also offer estate liquidation, professional appraisals, and white-glove pickup services throughout Southwest Florida. We operate as a multi-channel seller on eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, and our own website.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Buying & Purchasing

All sales are final unless an item is significantly not as described. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable shipping and taxes. Item descriptions and photographs are provided in good faith and represent our honest assessment of each item's condition. Estimated values are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of resale value. All items are sold as described — please review listings carefully before purchasing.

5. Selling & Consignment

By submitting items for consignment, you represent that you are the lawful owner of those items and have the right to sell them. You agree to our consignment commission structure as outlined in your consignment agreement. We reserve the right to decline any items at our discretion. Items not sold within the agreed consignment period may be returned at your expense or donated if unclaimed after 90 days of notice.

6. Prohibited Items & Conduct

You may not list, sell, or attempt to sell: counterfeit or replica items represented as authentic; stolen property; items prohibited by federal, state, or local law; hazardous materials; or items that infringe on intellectual property rights. You may not use the Site to engage in fraud, harassment, or any unlawful activity. Violations may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.

7. Intellectual Property

All photographs, descriptions, logos, graphics, and content on this Site are the property of The Imperial Bargains unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. By submitting photos or descriptions of items for consignment, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content for listing and marketing purposes.

8. Third-Party Marketplaces

When items are listed on third-party platforms (eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, etc.), the policies of those platforms also apply. The Imperial Bargains is not responsible for disputes arising from third-party platform policies, fees, or decisions. Buyers and sellers on those platforms are subject to the respective platform's terms of service in addition to ours.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Item values are estimates only and are not guarantees of future resale value. We make no representations regarding the investment potential of any item.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Imperial Bargains shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lee County, Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
